The SS-R05 has unbalanced RCA analog in and out, as well as coaxial S/PDIF digital I/O. It records to CompactFlash cards in MP3 or WAV format, 16-bit or 24-bit. Control is available through a wired remote control. Contractor-friendly features include power-on play for music playback install and auto track increment by time or level for house of worship and meeting recording. A PS/2 keyboard input allows tracks to be named on the card.
